The concept of healing from the "Source" is often associated with spiritual or energetic healing practices. It is the belief that there is a universal source of healing energy that is available to everyone. When we are able to tap into this source, we can begin to heal ourselves on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.




There are many different ways to access the Source. Some people find it helpful to meditate, pray, or spend time in nature. Others may use specific energy healing techniques, such as Reiki or chakra balancing. Still others find that simply opening their hearts and minds to the Source is enough.




Once we are able to connect with the Source, we can begin to receive its healing energy.
